You can read Board Meeting Minutes and Financial data at any time here. They will be posted every month after the Board approves the minutes. Look for new postings by the second week of the month for the previous month's Minutes.

These files are PDF files, and some computers may need to add support for them. If you cannot load the files, you need the Acrobat Reader software, available as a free download from Adobe.
